As stated many times in this overview, Cosmetic Surgery USA is not a franchise offering and we are not selling you an operating business. As such, we do not charge you any kind of a franchise fee, and we do not share in the revenues you generate. With our business model, we are simply providing you with all the tools, technology, connections, platform, and a blueprint to build an exact replica of our business in your local market. We will train you and help you with marketing to help get you started. But as a result of not selling you a "franchise or business", the initial and ongoing costs are extremely low. 

The investment you will make upfront and ongoing is based on a flat monthly licensing fee of $1650 to use our financing technology, name, logo(s), trade secrets and banking connections. But to make sure a new business owner will be committed to making their business work for at least one year, we made the initial investment $19,800. That is equivalent to the first twelve monthly payments paid in advance. The benefit to this format is you will not pay any other licensing fees for your first year in business. Starting in month 13, we will invoice you monthly for our licensing fees. If you are grossing $1000 or $100,000 every month, the fee will remain the same. 

Other than the normal costs associated with operating a business, the only other fee you may incur is for credit reports run by the providers you have enrolled. Those credit reports will be billed at $9.50 each. But here is what you need to understand. With our technology, there is no need to run a credit report as our lenders do that. However, on some occasions, a practice may run an Applicant's credit. When they do, we charge the practice a fee of $9.50. As an independent business owner, it will be up to you to collect this fee from your practices and then we collect it back from your business.
